The Shiranee Joseph de Saram Foundation (formerly known as the Rehabilitation Center for the Communication Impaired/RCCI) is a not-for-profit organization established in 1993 to care for children and adults with special needs. The Centre was established to provide training and support for those with Autism, Cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, learning disabilities, and other disorders.
